• Seller: Angelo Shop (AngeloShop), Wernigeroder Str. 28, 10589 Berlin, Germany, info@angeloshop.de.
• Who can order: customers aged 18+ with a billing and delivery address in Germany or Europe.
• Conclusion of contract: by placing an order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we ship the goods or send a shipping confirmation by email. The order receipt email is not yet an acceptance.
• Prices: include VAT, plus shipping costs. The price at the time of ordering applies.
• Delivery: to the address you provide. Delivery times on the website are estimates. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you. You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped.
• Payment: using the methods offered at checkout. For bank transfer, goods are shipped after payment is received.
• Retention of title: goods remain our property until paid in full.
• Transport damage: please report visible damage as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Warranty: statutory 2-year warranty from delivery for consumers.
• Right of withdrawal: 14 days by law, plus voluntary 30-day returns. Details on our Refunds and returns page.
• Applicable law: the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
