Shipping terms
Shipping destinations:
- Germany (standard shipping)
- International deliveries and Switzerland (shipping costs for other countries according to the attached overview)
Shipping methods:
- Standard shipping: delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch
Shipping costs:
- Within Germany: flat rate of €4.99 per order, free shipping from €70.00
- Switzerland: shipping costs according to the attached overview
- Other countries: shipping costs for each destination according to the attached overview
Order processing time:
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment.
Returns and exchanges:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Customers bear the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
