Refund and Returns Policy

1. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If several goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this results from handling that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please pack the goods securely for return shipping. The original packaging and your order number make processing easier but are not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This only applies if the statutory requirements are met in the specific case. The mere classification of a product as cosmetics or hygiene does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. Opening the outer shipping packaging alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.

4. Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant consumers a voluntary right to return goods from our online shop within 30 days of receipt.

For this additional return right, the goods must be returned unused, complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. Any product seals must be intact.

To meet the voluntary return period, it is sufficient to send the goods to the return address above within 30 days of receipt.

For returns made solely under this voluntary return policy, we refund the purchase price actually paid for the returned goods. The original shipping costs are not refunded in this case. You bear the direct return shipping costs.

The refund will be made within fourteen days of receipt of the goods and verification of the above conditions, using the original means of payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

These additional conditions do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights. If you declare a statutory withdrawal in time, only the statutory withdrawal conditions apply.

5. Reduced items

The statutory right of withdrawal also applies to reduced and sale items unless a statutory exception applies.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy also applies to reduced items under the conditions above. The purchase price actually paid will be refunded.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@angeloshop.de.

Your order number and, where possible, photos help us process your request. Sending photos is not a requirement for your statutory warranty rights.

In the case of a justified complaint about a defect, we bear the costs we are legally obliged to cover, in particular necessary transport costs for remedying the defect. Your statutory rights in the event of defects apply regardless of the return periods mentioned above.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different colour, size or product, please return the original item under your right of withdrawal or our voluntary return policy and place a new order for the item you want.

Your statutory rights to subsequent performance for defective goods remain unaffected.
