Ultrasonic cleaner with heating: CODYSON CD-4830 with 3-litre stainless steel tank

The CODYSON CD-4830 is the largest ultrasonic cleaner in the range and suits nail studios, beauty and foot care salons with several workstations or many instruments. The 3-litre tank has room for nippers, scissors, pushers and other tools, and the heating and digital timer can be matched precisely to instruments and cleaning solution.

After cleaning, the used liquid is simply drained via the drain valve – without having to lift the filled device. The degassing function prepares freshly mixed solution for ultrasonic cleaning.

Application and tips

Check that instruments and cleaning agent are suitable for an ultrasonic bath.
Dose the solution according to the manufacturer and fill between the fill marks – never operate without liquid.
Prepare freshly mixed solution with the degassing function.
Choose temperature and running time to suit the solution; do not automatically use the highest level.
Then rinse the instruments, dry them, pack them in sterilisation pouches and sterilise them, for example in a dry-heat steriliser.

Observe the operating times and cooling breaks from the manual, even though the fan and overheating protection support continuous operation. The drain valve saves a lot of time when changing the solution – plan a fixed change rhythm.

Does the ultrasonic cleaner replace sterilisation?
No. The CD-4830 loosens dirt from suitable instruments. Any required disinfection or sterilisation remains a separate step.

How much liquid goes into the tank?
1.5 to 2.5 litres. Although the tank holds 3 litres, the maximum fill mark must not be exceeded.

Which temperature is right?
That depends on the instruments and cleaning solution. Follow their manufacturers’ instructions.

Which instruments fit inside?
