The ÜLKA Tornado is a nail dust collector for permanent installation in the nail table – for nail studios, beauty and foot care salons with a fixed workstation where filing and drilling happen every day. The grille sits flush with the tabletop, leaving the work surface free.

Two fans with a combined 63 W generate an airflow of up to 206 m³/h and an air speed of up to 3.1 m/s at the inlet. The HEPA filter also retains fine particles, and the air exits at the side under the table – without draughts for client and stylist.

Installation and use

Cut an opening of 31.5 × 22.5 cm in the tabletop.
Check that there is enough space under the table for the housing and the side air outlet.
Insert the device from above so the grille is flush with the work surface.
Set the suction power with the rotary control to suit the work.
Remove and clean the magnetic grille regularly; check, clean or replace the filter according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Pro tip

Position the opening where the client’s hand rests during filing – usually centrally in front of the stylist. Once installed, the extractor can only be moved with a new cut-out.
